I fell asleep on these two albums for awhile, and just pulled them out from the closet, and damn, gotta admit, that shit is hot. Straight oldschool vibing. Any heard them? What do you all think? Name some of your fav.s

Some Favorites:
Mo Mighty Warrior
Urban Souljah
Believe - (chill as hell)
Low Down - (damn this song, always skipped it before, cant believe how raw it is, especially krayzie )

And Family Scriptures, that is straight fire.

the first mo thug is when krayzie was in his peak as far as creativity man i wish they coulda stayed together. i love the first 1 tho over the second one. the first one was nice cuz it was a good follow up to east 1999 for bone/mo thugs even tho it wasnt a bone album.

Most def. a good follow, the first mo thug was more on the dark side, which was tight, as compared to the second when they came with more singers on the camp (cat cody, felicia, MT5, Potion) and just laid down some laid-back tracks, which is still cool i think. First one though it the tightest. No Pretender.

It's tight that you had the courage to say you slept on these albums dog! Props for being honest, cuz few peeps on here got the nuts to man-up and admit. I feel these albums were so diverse, even hardcore BTNH fans didn't realize the gift of versatility they showcased until many listens later. Both of those albums were tight as hell! It's a shame the creativity wasn't appreciated immediately .

Family Scriptures II is an album I can hear more from start to finish without skipping to much. Family Scriptures I is an album I have to skip more tracks, but the songs I don't have to skip are 100x better than any song on II.

Krayzie's little part on Otherside is amazing. Too bad the later albums could not be like I and II. Those albums were amazing.

Souljah Boy shoulda stuck with the camp, he was doing some great music when he was with them, Low Down, Mighty Mighty Warriors, Thug Devotion, all classics.
