you could have took it to the junk yard yourself and could have gotten $50-100 for your car :P

dwi/fleeing scene of accident. i was hit by a bitch that missed her light in an intersection she accelerated to catch it i accelerated to drive fast lol she hit me but cuz i had drank b4 its " all my fault" there is a tough no tolerance policy for new york state
so bascially, legally i was drunk although physically i was not.
its gets ever more stupid here....
the law varies state by state so lets say hypothetically if i had the same reading, the i wouldnt of been drunk in texas

well i actually got a conditional license about a month ago but i dont have a car. the conditional only allows for me to drive to work and school and i have to state the addresses at the dmv. i also get 3 hours a week of free time. i chose saturday from 3-6 (checks watch and realized thats in 15 minutes).
my grandma is letting me driver her oldsmobile aurora is v8 and she lets me try to learn stick shift on her subaru outback
my mom just got a mazda tribute so ima learn to drive stick on that also
my real license comes back nov 18th of this year. i start drunk driving courses at the end of june i still owe 600 more dollars
and over the summer ima work to to save $ to buy a car
