Acutually u SHOULD drink plenty
of water, none of this till' ur thristy nonsense, no offense Shy. I cant really give u any nutrition
plan if i dont know ur stats and overall goals and what not, check back in and il help out.

and what are good ways
to get fit fast? to get more body mass, eat pleanty of beef , rice, and
bread. ALWAYS EAT a good meal after working out, also eat a small meal before working out
to have more energy when in the gym. fast food will also get you big, but it is also fattening for
most people. peace.

Correction...ALWAYS DRINK a poster
workout meal after your workout. Go for a 2:1 carb/protein ratio. A good post workout drink is
8 oz. of grape juice which contain 40g of carbs or so and a scoop of whey protein, which
should contain anywere from 20-23g of protein. Drink immediately after your workout, and try
and avoid fat during this meal, it slows down the absortion of the drink which ur body needs
with the rather quickness to replenish and build itself.

Also for a good pre-workout meal,
throw a cup of grape juice or apple juice into a blender add about half a cup of fat-free yogurt,
1 tsp of olive oil and a scoop of whey protein. Drink this about 30-45 min. before ur workout.
