Some attacks result in dismemberment or decapitations; body parts and bloodstains can be seen on the ground. There’s a short range teleportation move as well. Since Deadpool possesses an accelerated healing factor, he will slowly fall apart as he sustains damage, and players will be presented with the choice either to reattach severed limbs or wait for them to regrow.Stealth attacks can also be employed, in which close-up camera angles depict more severe damage against enemies.

Game Informer has a bunch of new details about the game worth sharing.

Second Son stars a 24-year old named Delsin Rowe, a character of Native American heritage described as “the artistic type with a chip on his shoulder.” Much like Cole MacGrath, the protagonist in Infamous and Infamous 2, Rowe learns of and is given his powers by happenstance. Conduits – those with special powers in the Infamous universe – are being transported by the government as the game begins, but after an accident derails the vehicle they’re in, Rowe “learns that he’s been a conduit all along” while dragging Conduit corpses from the mangled wreck.
Unlike Cole, who could famously manipulate electricity (and later ice and fire), young Delsin can manipulate smoke, a strange and mysterious power, but one that doesn’t necessarily reflect his entire range of would-be skills as you work your way through the game. And yes, the choice system that found a home with Infamous and Infamous 2 will be back in Second Son.

For the first time, an Infamous game takes place in a real city: Seattle.

Interestingly, by studying the Trophies earned in Infamous 2, Sucker Punch settled on the game's good ending as canon: Cole MacGrath has been killed. Even the timely lightning bolt seen at the end of Infamous 2’s good ending undoubtedly put in the game to give Sucker Punch a way out should they want MacGrath to live wasn’t taken advantage of. In a game that stresses choices, Sucker Punch chose one path.
Infamous: Second Son takes place seven years after Cole died, along with a vast majority of Conduits in the United States. The remaining Conduits, however, are now known as “Bioterrorists,” and Cole is remembered by a vast majority of the country’s populous as a bad guy. As such, these associated Bioterrorists with skills and powers similar to Cole are tracked by the Department of Unified Protection, and they’re called into Seattle, Washington – the city Infamous: Second Son takes place in – to deal with the aforementioned crash, the one that ignites Rowe’s innate powers as a Conduit, and one that unintentionally sets these Bioterrorists free.

Delsin wages war on the Department of Unified Protection’s soldiers (known as DUP in the game) with his smoke powers, other powers yet to be revealed by the developer, and a chain-like melee weapon that seems to take the place of Cole’s Amp. Not surprisingly, Delsin’s smoke power is replenished by absorbing smoke, similar to Cole’s ability to harness electricity. However, it is noted that smoke is far rarer than electricity was in the previous two games in the series, meaning that a more thoughtful approach to combat will be required. Interestingly, smoke is absorbed by using the DualShock 4’s mysterious touch pad.

This game looks amazing! Naughty Dog is one of my favourite developers out there & if you guys have played Uncharted then you know what am talking about! And if you haven't played Uncharted then you gotta get that game. Its just phenomenal in every sense of the word.

Uncharted 2 hands down the best game i've played since MGS4 was release on PS3

Warner Bros. has announced the next title in the Batman: Arkham franchise will be Batman: Arkham Origins, currently in development for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
It's currently slated for release on October 25 this year, but there's no mention of the game appearing on next-gen consoles.



The game, which is the subject of Gamer Informer's latest cover, will not be developed by Rocksteady Studios this time around, instead being worked on in-house at Warner Bros. Games Montreal.
The new development team will be using many of the assets that Rocksteady has used in the past, including its customised Unreal engine so as to try and avoid any discrepancies in the aesthetic of the franchise. Eric Holmes, lead designer of games including The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction and Prototype, is heading up the project.
The game will apparently take place long before both of the existing Arkham titles, when a young and inexperienced Batman will encounter many familiar villains for the first time. As can be seen in the Game Informer imagery, the assassin Deathstroke will be one such foe, making his core Arkham game debut.




Alongside the console game though, Warner Bros. has also announced a handheld title, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate. The game, which will be released on PS Vita and 3DS again on October 25, is set after the events of Arkham Origins and is being developed by Armature Studio, the company that was founded by several of the brains behind the Metroid Prime trilogy. With this in mind, it's not too surprising to find it described as a "2.5-D Metroid-style exploration action game".


Love the Batman Arkham series, this will surely be open-world but the fact Rocksteady isn't behind it is a little worrying

So far what we know is...
Based off of rumours from Kotaku, the Xbox 720 will come shipped with an updated Kinect. This Kinect will be required to be on when using the console.

Reputable blogger MS Nerd stated that the Xbox 720 will be smaller than the existing console, and will be cheaper to help drive Kinect adoption. It will be custom designed by Microsoft and two partners based on the ARM architecture."

The Xbox 720's System on a Chip began production in late December 2011, according to tech site Fudzilla, and is being made by IBM and Global Foundries for Microsoft. They continued by saying "the power behind the next Xbox will be a PowerPC CPU that is married to an ATI Southern Islands GPU, or modified 7000 series."

In March 2012, British trade magazine MCV stated that Microsoft's next Xbox will not use an optical drive. Instead, a solid state drive will be used to store games.


VG247 reported on April 2, 2012 that the next Xbox will feature a blu-ray player and pack an extra processing punch powered by two GPUs, "like two PCs taped together." The graphics card is reported to be equivalent to AMD's 7000 series. CVG (Britain's Xbox magazine) reports that the devkits sent to developers last month purportedly pack a 16-core IBM Power PC CPU.


Sources told Kotaku on January 25, 2012 that the Xbox 720 will have a system that will not allow used-games to be played on the console



Now the most interesting one is "Xbox always online" basically you cant do nothing unless your connected to the internet, not even be able to play single player games nvm multiplayer/

Never played this...thinking about picking it up for my Wii U. Said there's alot of enhancements with gameplay and it not a "port" or the other 2 systems. Said to look better than the PC version also.

So when I choose yes it just say fatal error and then it said push home to go back
when I choose no it just said push home to go back.

I have no idea what this can be, I checked the net but couldnt find anything about this.
