maybe he is signed with outlawz on their indie label,but he isnt in the group, check the wikipedia, they talk about how Edi,noble and fatal are the outlawz,and kastro just recently rejoined,also their official site says nothing about some H-ryda dude

If you werent an Outlaw when Pac and Kadafi were around, I dont consider you an outlaw.

Just my unimportant opinion, but I dont even consider Thug Noble an outlaw. You can tell who was and who wasn't if you never heard them on a track with 2pac, or even mentioned, and they don't have the name of a dictator, then they aren't an outlaw.

h-ryda was a outlaw he was a kid and was pacs protege.he met pac thru big syke(in the thug life days) as a kid but never did songs he was too shy or sumin like that.he came back in the 2000's to carry on pac and the outlawz legacy and bring that 2pac outlaw thug shit back.hes got a group called the new outlaw order which is the second generation of the outlawz n also its to hold pac down better then the outlawz did.
