Does Bone Really Need DJ U-NEEK

In my opinion I don't think that Bone need DJ U-NEEK because in so many ways he seems like a shady character and he steals the credit from other producers.

Let's go through the years - Crossroads (U-neek remix) From a interview i heard from Dre Ghost on youtube he said that he came up with the concept for that and had everything done and gave it to U-neek to check out) and to be honest I believe it was Tony-C behind most of Eternal and Art of war but u-neek stole all of the credit for that. Another factor in this is you can tell who's style Bone is more adapted to by listening to the solo works that U-neek has produced example Krayzie Bone's Where my thugs at lets be honest the beat isn't great at all and then you hear Tony C's production on Krayzie's song Drama which the beat and lyrics are both great it's a winning combination.

U-neek also uses the same style over and over again listen to the piano riffs on murder one and then listen to the piano riffs on shotz to the double glock same thing with whom die they lie and east 1999 same guitar riffs. He does the same thing also with the remix of change the world and not my babby just in a different way maybe that's just the vibe he was in at the time.

Another point is on the Look into my eyes atlantis remix and if i fall if you look at the production notes of those songs it say produced by u-neek but it also says live instruments played by virgil i forgot his last name but i honestly do not think that u-neek has the musical talent to compose music like that and that he was just stealing the credit once again .

Even if he actually did do some of their production by himself it has suffered in the last few years pay what you owe is a great beat but the entire beat is sampled by the lakeside song i can't remember the name of at this time so really dj-u-neek just basically took a instrumental and looped it anyone can do that.

So in my opinion Bone made a bad decision by leaving Tony-C in the cold and going with U-neek he has even screwed them out of money by selling lame ass albums with the exception of the leathaface album but just making a profit for himself and i don't think he gives a damn about the group and that he just wants to leech off of their success.

No they won't need DJ Uneek. The only reason people are so demanding of that collab again is because they were in their hayday when they were working for me. If they got some random guy to do their music for them, and he was good, people wouldn't mind because it still sounded good.

He knows them better than most other producers can. He knows their sound. Not just in the 1990s, but the song he did for them for Uni5 were great. And even if he stole E. 1999 Eternal tracks, there's no way the COACU stuff he did could have been stolen. They based the sound of the beats they wanted on a beat U-Neek made before Bone was even famous.

In my opinion they don't necessarily NEED D.J. U-Neek. Tha Crossroads was a huge success, but also due to the circumstances at this time.

U-Neek did a good job on LEATHAFACE LEGENDS Vol. 1, but GREATEST RAPPER ALIVE wasn't that amazing in my opinion.
Also it was a step back from Creepin' & Eternal to the Art of War. And after that, apart from LEATHAFACE LEGENDS, U-Neek didn't provide any significant sound to Bone.

DJ Uneek will only work well with Bone if Tony C is in the picture too. Tony wants to work with Bone again but I don't think Krayzie's noticed his Facebook posts. We, the fan base, needs to flood Krayzie Twitter and Facebook demanding that he (and the rest of the guys) give Tony C another chance.

He has old BTNH instrumentals. Classic ones from the 90's, we can't let this go to waste. If the next album is going to be the last one, then this is the last chance for us to hear those beats. We have to take the matter into our own hands and put the pressure on each one of the members to hook up with Tony C again. Fuck, throw in Damon Elliot as well (the genius behind the jazzy classic - Northcoast), I heard he wants to work with Bone again too.

We have all the pieces for another classic album, it's up to us to put them together.

No they don't. I think the only reason people think this is because they were popular again while they were with him. Think about it. Out of all the beats Bone used during S&L, the worst ones were ones produced by him. That's not needing Swizz Beatz as a producer, that's needing Swizz Beatz for business reasons. And even for business, they could go with somebody better than him.

U bring up some valid points after AOW u-neek fell off hard and thats one of the reasons y bone started to venture out on other group albums he had some nice tracks on RESS but he was past his prime after AOW

all pay what u owe and the atlantis, and 2 glocks remix are is samples of old songs with is signature piano twist more on 2 glocks and atlantis

Tony-C on drama was something else that piano tune is to kill for ( I crated a beat similar to that in my head that would make an excellent sequeal to drama) even listen to some of the songs he did on the gift was decent as well

if bone was smart they would "hook back up with tony c" bizzy bone voice and make it happen u-neek sucks

I kinda felt that way when I heard bone for life

I think it was the other way around a little bit I think he was a little stunned when they left him and I think bone made him better because he would put them back on the spotlight and make them hot again and he knew how to implement that bone sound in to some of these hot muthafuckas singles so it was a 2 way street imo and he didn't really do any beats on s & L it was his production staff and they fit with bone nicely if u didn't noticed on S & L they have all the tools to come with a project and get beats form various produces that would probably blow our minds but they won't do it r they insane

Given their track record? I wouldn't expect much if it was left to them, they're too sidetracked with all these other people in their camp, they're unlikely to go back to Tony C unless someone puts the pressure on them. I'd rather not wait and see if they handle it themselves, better if we push them down this particular path.

    YES !!

They dont' need DJ U NEEK. The only reason we like Dj U Neek instrumentals is because Bone's LYRICS made the beat sound good. 94 % of U Neek's instrumentals SUCK. I'll give you an example. We come to serve em remix. The beat is so so but the beat is made to sound SOOO GOOD because of Krayzie Bone's first verse. After that the song goes to shit. I'm just saying.. let's be realistic. Most of Bone's old school songs that we have come to love and adore are NOT BECAUSE OF THE BEATS. We love the beats because of Bone's lyrics.
