I love Layzie's older stuff...i still hear a good verse from time to time...the last verse that took me by surprise was from Runnin Up On Da Punk Police! I feel like they've all changed drastically, but i think they still have what it takes to create bangers like back in the day!

P.s. What ever happened to the name L-Burna? Just curious?

Nothing at all lol. He still mentions it from time to time but officially, he seems to go by Layzie Bone. With The Meaning, The Definition, and The Law of Attraction, he went by Layzie Bone. I guess both him and Krayzie Bone figured their projects would do better with their more mainstream names.

That's the Layzie I miss. He's still better than most rappers, but his delivery used to be godly. You could tell he was trying to get a message across instead of simply spitting a verse. He used to get me hype, especially on Art Of War. 96-98 Layzie was slept on, Bone's entire camp just had way too much talent to keep track of.

Lay is solid, but to me the Layzie I expect always is his solo "Mind of a Soulja"

I agree about Lay being better in group songs rather than his solo work, cause He just kills tracks on bone projects, plus I love his voice to me its most unique of the group, its smooth as fuck

^^ 1 of the main things i liked about Layzie back in the day was hus lyrics/voice were alot more clear cimpared to the rest of the group!!

Yes I would say that his delivery changed, his energy maybe decreased a little but layzie is still a badass. I liked old layzie more but this one is also a beast. do you remember this verse?
